退款政策
We do our utmost to ensure we provide a quality product that will exceed your expectations. Unfortunately, sometimes we may fall short and we will do everything reasonably possible to ensure you are satisfied.
Any products determined to be defective or substantially damaged during transport will be replaced or refunded based on the customer's preference. Sometimes we may require a photo or, in some cases, for the product to be returned at our expense so we can use it to improve our processes in the future or make a claim with the transportation company if necessary.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Please note that free redelivery may not be possible if incorrect or incomplete shipping information was provided by the customer. We thank you for your understanding!
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
Once a refund has been approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
